Antiques: Collecting Antique Glassware : Value of Cookie Jar Antiques

Hello I?m Statia Widak and I?m from Plainville,
Massachusetts and I love collecting glass it is my hobby. I?m here on behalf of Expert
Village. I want to show you McNuts chicken coop cookie jar. We had bought it for Shawn,
he’s my grandson, and that was about I’d say thirteen years ago or more and at the time
it was valued up to a hundred fifty dollars now I?m sure it’s much, much more than that.
Now this “Nick at Night” was gotten at the thrift shop for twenty-five dollars the value,
the book value years ago is up to six hundred dollars. I feel that it’s worth probably close
to a thousand dollars today. Apparently the people who got these gifts these television
cookie jars were employees of the company and that’s why they got the cookie jar. But
it’s worth a lot of money today because none of these are around anymore and they’re very
unusual very beautiful cookie jars.
