Ok sorry but a lot of this hasn’t worked for me, I’ve cut out all drinks except water, I drink a gallon a day (I play sports) I haven’t lost weight, my metabolism doesn’t seem to have changed, and my appetite has actually gotten worse than it previously has. I’m not saying all is the waters fault, far from it, it does do this but many factors can affect how well it works
